Travel guide – Greater South Moroccan / | Petit Futé (French)
South Moroccan attracts more and more tourists, to the detriment of the North. Many who, now, prefer to spend all their stay south of Marrakech and renounce Rabat and imperial cities. The desert is successful, whether in Merzouga, whose number of hostels has increased from three to more than thirties in five years, or to M’Hamid, which begins to compete with the dunes of Merzouga. The Zagora area sees hotels grow everywhere. Some roads have been restored so well that we can now make the “big buckle” (Marrakech – Ouarzazate – Erfoud – Merzouga – Zagora – Agadir – Essaouira – Marrakech) without borrowing from track. The desert is vast, sublime, varied and structures to explore them are the most at the point of Africa. But the track and adventure fans will be filled with the confines of Morocco and Mauritania, to Tan – Tan. There is something to satisfy all travelers in the Great Moroccan South. Span>
